I've ordered the wrong size belt. How can I exchange it for the right size?

  • Ship back the BELT ONLY to 21732 Foothill Blvd. Hayward, CA 94541
  • Write down the size that you prefer on the copy of the invoice found in your package'
  • Include a check for $10.00 made out to Hayward Tools. This is the cost for shipping out the replacement belt
  • Belt Liners 5005 and Hip Padding 5006 and winter clothing requires 1-2" extra belt length
  • Exchanges must be done within 14 days of the purchase date
  • Belts must be returned in the same NEW condition it was shipped to you in. No exception.
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back the original belt. We will ship out the replacement belt the same day we receive the original belt back through USPS priority mail.

 

What is your return policy?

  • Products must be returned in the same NEW, UNUSED condition it was sent to you in. All tags must be intact and products must be free of scratches. No exceptions.
  • Products must be returned within 14 days from the purchase date
  • There will be a restocking fee deducted (20% or the actual cost of shipping cost we paid to ship out your package)
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back.
  • If you would like to make an exchange, customers are responsible for the ACTUAL cost of shipping out the replacement package. Otherwise, return the product and create a new order for the new item you want.
  • Products are not eligible for return or exchange once they have been used. They must be returned new, unused, and with the tags intact. No exceptions.

 

Where do I enter the coupon code?

  • The coupon code can be entered at check out.
  • It can be found on the page after you choose flat rate shipping.
  • Discounts will be applied once the coupon code is applied

 

When will I receive my shipment?

  • We ship through UPS ground. If you would like your package shipped faster, please contact us and we can quote you a price for expedited shipping.
  • We ship through USPS proiority mail for single belts or small accessories.
  • A shipping surcharge will be applied to international packages ($133) and packages shipped to Canada ($60), Hawaii ($50) and Alaska ($50)  due to the high cost of shipping, insurance, and other fees. The customer is responsible for any additional custom fees. If the product can fit into a USPS medium flat rate box, we will credit the difference in the surcharge price for packages shipped to Hawaii and Alaska. We ship through USPS for international packages and packages shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.

 

How can I maintain my new Occidental prouducts?

 

Does Occidental Mfg make custom bags?

  • No. At one time Occidental did provide custom work. It has been many years since they've offered this service. They strive to meet the broadest range of work habits nationally by offering a wide selection of belts, bags and accessories. Please keep in mind that they offer lifetime repairs on our all leather products.
  • Occidental does not sell raw materials or parts. They cannot sell you spare parts.
